Talent Officer - School Recruitment (MoE Subjects)

About the role

Aldar Education is seeking a Talent Officer to lead end‑to‑end recruitment of Ministry of Education subject teachers across its network of schools in the UAE. The role supports the Director of MoE and school hiring managers with strategic recruitment, onboarding and workforce planning.

Key responsibilities

• Lead recruitment for MoE subjects (Arabic Studies, Islamic Studies, Social Studies) in line with workforce plans.
• Advise the Director of MoE, principals and hiring managers on interview coordination, selection and workforce planning.
• Design and execute recruitment events locally and internationally to attract talent.
• Maintain recruitment trackers, dashboards and regular KPI reports.
• Ensure compliance with safer recruitment practices, document verification, background checks and regulatory requirements (ADEK, KHDA).

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management or related field.
• Minimum 3 years of recruitment experience, preferably with MoE subjects.
• Experience in the UAE, UK or US education sector is highly advantageous.
• Fluent in English and Arabic (written and verbal).

Required skills

• Full‑cycle recruiting using various interview techniques.
• Proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems (e.g., Oracle) and LinkedIn Talent Solutions.
• Strong knowledge of UAE labour law and ADEK requirements.
• Advanced MS Office skills.
