Talent Partner – 6‑Month Maternity Cover (Dubai)

About the role

Sokin is looking for a Talent Partner to cover a 6‑month maternity leave in Dubai. The role will support hiring for commercial, corporate and operations functions, with a focus on sales and commercial positions across MEA and APAC. You will work closely with the Senior Talent Partner and hiring managers to deliver high‑quality hires and contribute to special projects that shape talent attraction.

Key responsibilities

• Manage end‑to‑end recruitment for assigned roles, ensuring speed, quality and a strong candidate experience.
• Proactively source and engage top talent across global markets using direct sourcing, networking and creative outreach.
• Screen, assess and present candidates, aligning skills and cultural fit with hiring needs.
• Maintain accurate candidate data, pipelines and reporting in the Ashby ATS.
• Partner with hiring managers to ensure smooth process flow, timely feedback and aligned decision‑making.
• Build trusted relationships with hiring managers, understand team goals and forecast hiring needs.
• Collaborate with the Senior Talent Partner on workforce planning and contribute to special talent projects.

Required profile

• Proven experience in full‑cycle recruitment, preferably for sales or commercial roles in MEA/APAC.
• Strong stakeholder management and ability to work in a fast‑scaling, multi‑location environment.
• Collaborative mindset with excellent communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver results within tight timelines.
