Talent Researcher – Middle East Market

About the role

We are looking to hire a researcher to join the team to support the consultants. You will learn about our markets, develop excellent communication skills and learn how to become a first‑class head‑hunter. This is a candidate‑focused role, supporting senior members of the Dubai‑based team to headhunt and attract talent for the Middle East market.

Key responsibilities

• Administration and database management
• Mapping out markets
• Headhunting candidates
• Managing all candidate communication

Required profile

• Bright, enthusiastic and hardworking
• Excellent verbal and written communication in English
• Ability to follow directions and meet tight deadlines
• Mature, positive outlook and curious about businesses and industry sectors
• Technically minded, comfortable with new recruitment technologies
• Previous experience hiring for the Middle East market and agency background (advantage)
