About the role

The Tamayuz Graduate Programme is a 12‑month, full‑time development journey designed for recent Emirati graduates who want to launch a career in technology, engineering and digital innovation with Schneider Electric.

Key responsibilities

• Work on real‑world projects that drive business growth and innovation across Dubai and Abu Dhabi.
• Gain hands‑on experience with AI, automation, data analytics, digital platforms and smart infrastructure.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams in engineering, operations, digital and business units.
• Participate in a structured learning curriculum that blends technical training with professional development.
• Receive coaching and mentorship from senior leaders and technical experts.

Required profile

• UAE national holding a Bachelor’s degree completed within the last two years (Electrical, Electronics, Computer Engineering, Computer Science, AI, Data Science, Software Engineering).
• 0‑2 years of professional experience.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Proficiency in English.
