Tax Consultant – UAE Advisory

About the role

We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled Tax Consultant to join our advisory team. You will play a key role in assisting clients with navigating the UAE’s evolving tax landscape, including Corporate Tax, VAT, Transfer Pricing, International Tax, and Global Mobility.

Key responsibilities

• Advise clients on UAE Corporate Tax and VAT compliance, planning, and implementation.
• Assist in developing and reviewing Transfer Pricing policies, documentation, and benchmarking reports.
• Support clients with International Tax matters, including double taxation treaties and cross‑border structuring.
• Provide guidance on Global Mobility tax implications and expatriate employee tax planning.
• Prepare tax returns, advisory reports, and technical memorandums with accuracy and clarity.
• Assist clients during tax audits, assessments, and regulatory reviews.
• Conduct tax research on emerging laws, regulations, and international developments.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or Taxation.
• Professional certifications preferred (ACA, ACCA, CPA, CTA, ADIT).
• Strong knowledge of UAE Corporate Tax, VAT, Transfer Pricing, and International Tax frameworks.
• Understanding of OECD Transfer Pricing Guidelines and double taxation treaties.
• Experience in Global Mobility taxation is an advantage.
• Excellent analytical, problem‑solving, and report‑writing skills.
• 2–5 years of relevant experience in tax advisory, consulting, or compliance, preferably within a professional services firm.
