Tax Information Exchange Analyst

About the role

The Tax Information Exchange Analyst supports the Competent Authority in handling Exchange of Information on Request (EOIR) and Automatic Exchange of Information (AEOI) obligations. The role ensures that incoming and outgoing information exchange requests are processed in line with international standards, domestic laws, and internal procedures.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct initial screening of information exchange requests to verify legal and procedural compliance, including relevance, scope, and confidentiality.
• Prepare draft responses and supporting documentation for review and approval.
• Receive, review, and process requests from foreign competent authorities under DTAs, TIEAs, and multilateral agreements.
• Maintain accurate case management records, audit trails, and statistical reports.
• Coordinate with internal stakeholders and local authorities to obtain required information within set timelines.
• Contribute to KPIs such as turnaround times and quality standards while strictly adhering to data protection and information security requirements.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in business administration or financial management.
• Relevant professional certifications (e.g., CPA, ACCA, CFA, CTP, VAT Compliance Diploma).
