Tax Manager

About the role

The Tax Manager will lead Gradiant's global tax compliance function, ensuring accurate and timely filing of corporate income tax, VAT/GST, withholding tax and other indirect taxes across multiple jurisdictions. The role works closely with local tax advisors and finance teams to maintain regulatory compliance and supports the company’s international growth strategy.

Key responsibilities

• Manage preparation, review and submission of all global tax filings, including corporate income tax, VAT/GST, and withholding tax.
• Coordinate with local tax advisors and finance teams to ensure full compliance across jurisdictions.
• Implement global tax strategies to optimize effective tax rate and support cross‑border transactions.
• Analyze impact of international tax reforms (e.g., BEPS, Pillar 1 & 2, digital services taxes) and recommend tax‑efficient solutions.
• Lead preparation of global tax provisions in accordance with ASC 740 or IFRS and support quarterly/annual tax reporting.
• Collaborate with external auditors on tax matters and ensure SOX/internal control compliance.
• Maintain and enforce global transfer pricing policies, ensuring documentation compliance and supporting audits.
• Monitor global tax risks and manage communications with tax authorities.
