About the role
GEMS Wellington Academy, Al Khail is seeking an outstanding Business & Accounting Teacher to join its Dubai campus. The role offers a career‑focused environment with access to leading CPD programmes and the chance to grow within a global network of schools.
Key responsibilities
- Deliver Business & Accounting lessons to students in Key Stages 3, 4 and 5.
- Engage with students and parents to support learning and progress.
- Share best teaching practices with colleagues.
Required profile
- A B.Ed or subject‑related degree together with a PGCE, PGDE or equivalent qualification.
- Proven experience teaching Business & Accounting at Key Stages 3‑5.
- Ability to share outstanding practice and inspire students.
- Creative and enthusiastic approach both in and out of the classroom.
- Strong interpersonal communication skills.
