Team Lead Contract Logistics - Luxury Fashion

About the role

DSV is hiring a Team Lead for Contract Logistics in Dubai, working for a luxury fashion client. The role coordinates and supervises day-to-day warehouse and customer service activities, covering inbound, outbound and customer service across all transport modes. It ensures adherence to luxury brand service standards, seasonal calendars, store replenishment schedules, mall delivery rules and visual merchandising timelines, while keeping inventory accurate and SLAs met. The successful candidate reports to the Supervisor, Contract Logistics.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and supervise a team of coordinators handling customer service, inbound, outbound and returns, allocating workload by priority (store launches, VM campaigns, peak season, promotions, e-commerce cut-offs)
• Act as first escalation point for operational and customer issues, coach the team and support performance management and KPI tracking
• Inbound: coordinate flows from suppliers, DCs and store/customer returns; handle seasonal collections, high-value and hanging garments; verify ASN accuracy, put-away compliance and quality inspections; manage reverse logistics for store, e-commerce and inter-brand transfers
• Outbound: coordinate store replenishment and mall deliveries by delivery windows and regulations, and e-commerce fulfilment including cut-offs, express versus standard delivery and COD
• Customer service: act as operational contact for the brand's supply chain and retail teams, communicate delays and risks, support VM, marketing and retail teams during campaigns and pop-ups, and handle complaints within authority limits
• Inventory control: ensure accurate stock movements in WMS, support cycle counts and obsolete/slow-moving stock management, and prepare reports on inbound/outbound volumes, store fulfilment rates, returns time and inventory accuracy
• Process compliance: follow client SOPs, brand handling standards and loss prevention procedures, and identify improvement opportunities

Required profile

• Diploma or bachelor's degree preferred
• Minimum 3-5 years in fashion or retail logistics operations (mandatory)
• Strong understanding of seasonal fashion cycles, store replenishment models and e-commerce fulfilment
• Prior team leadership or shift-in-charge experience preferred
