Team Lead – Housekeeping (Jumeirah Living World Trade Centre)

About the role

The Hotel is seeking a proactive Team Lead for Housekeeping at Jumeirah Living World Trade Centre. You will oversee daily housekeeping operations, ensure high cleanliness standards, and coordinate with other departments to deliver five‑star service to guests.

Key responsibilities

• Liaise with the engineering department to schedule and follow up on maintenance repairs across all areas.
• Communicate new or amended procedures to relevant teams, ensuring clear understanding and compliance.
• Control usage of guest amenities, cleaning chemicals, equipment and linen to prevent misuse, waste or over‑ordering.
• Assist in monthly and quarterly inventories, maintaining accurate records.
• Coordinate with banqueting and food & beverage teams to prepare areas according to departmental needs.

Required profile

• High school graduate required; Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management preferred.
• 2–3 years of full‑time experience as a Housekeeping Attendant in a hotel, resort or similar hospitality environment.
• Proven ability to train, coach and support team members to meet departmental objectives.
• Strong attention to detail with a commitment to high cleanliness standards and safety procedures.
• Experience preparing reports, inventories and other departmental documentation.
