Team Lead – Luxury Fashion Operations

About the role

The Team Lead – Luxury Fashion Operations will coordinate and supervise daily warehouse and customer service activities for a luxury fashion client in Dubai. The role ensures strict adherence to brand service standards, seasonal calendars, store replenishment schedules, and visual merchandising timelines while maintaining inventory accuracy and operational efficiency.

Key responsibilities

• Lead a team of coordinators handling inbound, outbound, returns and customer service, allocating workload based on priorities such as store launches, VM campaigns and peak seasons.
• Coordinate inbound flows from suppliers and returns, verify ASN accuracy, manage put‑away, quality inspections and reverse logistics for store and e‑commerce returns.
• Oversee outbound B2B store replenishment and mall deliveries, ensuring compliance with delivery windows, labeling standards and floor‑ready requirements.
• Manage B2C e‑commerce order flow, liaise with courier partners, monitor delivery KPIs and handle cash‑on‑delivery processes.
• Serve as the operational contact for the fashion brand’s supply‑chain and retail teams, communicating delays, stock discrepancies and delivery risks.
• Maintain accurate stock movements in the WMS, support cycle counts, and prepare performance reports on inbound/outbound volumes, fulfillment rates and inventory accuracy.

Required profile

• Diploma or bachelor’s degree (preferred).
• 3–5 years of experience in fashion or retail logistics operations.
• Strong understanding of seasonal fashion cycles, store replenishment models and e‑commerce fulfillment processes.

Required skills

• Experience with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS).
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel for reporting.
