Team Lead - Maintenance

About the role

We are looking for a safety‑conscious, results‑driven Electrical Technician to lead our Maintenance team in a fast‑paced poultry processing environment. The role ensures electrical integrity, reliability, and efficiency of all plant equipment.

Key responsibilities

• Perform routine and preventive electrical maintenance on high‑speed packaging machinery, conveyor systems, and refrigeration equipment.
• Troubleshoot and repair complex AC/DC drivers, motor starters, relays, sensors, and control circuits.
• Read and interpret electrical schematics, blueprints, and PLC ladder logic.
• Provide electrical support for ammonia refrigeration systems under guidance of licensed engineers.
• Document work orders, parts usage, and maintenance activities in the CMMS.

Required profile

• Completed recognized electrical apprenticeship or technical college degree in industrial electricity.
• 7‑9 years of industrial electrical experience, including at least 3 years in further processing or FMCG manufacturing.
• Ability to work in cold, wet, demanding environments and perform physical tasks.

Required skills

• Hands‑on experience with 480 V/3‑phase power and 24 V DC control circuits.
• Proficiency in PLC troubleshooting, minor programming, and VFD operation.
• Ability to read and interpret electrical schematics and technical manuals.
• Experience with ammonia refrigeration control circuits.
• Proficiency in using a CMMS.
