Team Lead - New French Concept

About the role

Jumeirah Al Qasr is seeking a dynamic Team Lead for its new French concept restaurant. You will oversee daily operations, motivate staff and ensure exceptional guest experiences in a luxury hospitality setting.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee day‑to‑day activities, guide and motivate the team to achieve goals.
• Develop timelines, delegate tasks and brief staff across various departments.
• Compile duty rosters, advise on changes and maintain filing systems.
• Prepare reports, manage stock, inventories, vendor directories and contract agreements.
• Address guest enquiries and complaints professionally, recording details and notifying supervisors.

Required profile

• Diploma or degree in Hospitality.
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office and Opera Cloud.
• 2‑3 years of experience, preferably with an international hospitality company.
• Experience working in an international environment with cultural awareness.
