Team Leader – Front Office

About the role

We are seeking a dynamic, service‑oriented Team Leader – Front Office to oversee daily operations of the front desk at Andaz Capital Gate Abu Dhabi. The role ensures seamless guest experiences, upholds hospitality standards, and supports a professional team environment.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate the Front Office team to deliver exceptional guest service.
• Manage day‑to‑day front desk operations, including check‑in/check‑out, reservations, and billing.
• Resolve guest concerns promptly and maintain high satisfaction levels.
• Monitor and enforce quality and service standards across all guest interactions.
• Schedule staff, oversee training, and ensure compliance with hotel policies.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Hospitality Management, Business Administration or related field (preferred).
• 2–4 years of front office experience with supervisory responsibilities.
• Strong leadership, communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Excellent customer service and problem‑solving skills.
• Flexibility to work shifts, weekends and holidays.
• Fluent English; additional languages a plus.

Required skills

• Proficiency in MS Office.
• Experience with hotel/property management systems.
