About the role

The Guest Relations Team Leader at Atlantis The Palm supports the Guest Relations Manager in leading the team and delivering exceptional, personalized service to guests. This full‑time position involves supervising daily operations, assisting VIP guests, resolving concerns, and guiding team members to uphold the resort’s luxury service standards.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise daily Guest Relations operations and ensure service excellence.
• Assist with VIP guest experiences and special requests.
• Resolve guest concerns promptly and professionally.
• Coach and guide team members to consistently meet luxury service standards.

Required profile

• Previous experience in Guest Relations, Front Office, or a similar role within a 5‑star ultra‑luxury hotel.
• Proven team‑lead or supervisory experience.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong guest‑service and complaint‑resolution abilities.
