Team Leader – Imperial Services

About the role

The Team Leader, Imperial Services will support the Assistant Manager in overseeing day‑to‑day Front Office and Food & Beverage operations at Atlantis The Palm. This fast‑paced role ensures seamless guest service by coordinating with Housekeeping and the Call Centre.

Key responsibilities

• Assist in managing front‑office activities and guest interactions.
• Communicate daily with Housekeeping and Call Centre to guarantee smooth service delivery.
• Maintain high standards of hospitality across all guest touchpoints.
• Support the Royal Club area with courteous, professional service.
• Help implement operational procedures and resolve guest issues promptly.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management or related field.
• Minimum of 2 years experience in a similar role within a luxury property.
• Proven ability to work in a demanding, fast‑paced environment.
• Strong communication skills across all levels.
