Team Leader – Laundry Department

About the role

One&Only Resorts is seeking a proactive Team Leader for the Laundry Department at its new One&Only One Za'abeel resort in Dubai. You will oversee daily laundry operations, ensure high‑quality guest service, and lead a motivated team in a fast‑paced hospitality environment.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise and coach laundry staff to meet One&Only operating standards.
• Maintain optimal performance of laundry equipment, chemicals, and fabric handling processes.
• Ensure guest laundry and dry‑cleaning are processed to the highest quality standards.
• Conduct regular spot checks, quality training, and uniform maintenance.
• Prepare and analyse monthly operational reports and propose improvements.
• Manage inventories of linens, uniforms, OS&E and amenities.

Required profile

• Thorough knowledge of laundry operations, equipment, chemicals and fabric handling.
• Experience in supervising a team within a hospitality or similar service environment.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to guest delight.
• Ability to train colleagues and promote teamwork.
