Team Leader, Maintenance (Industrial)

About the role

Lead the execution of planned and unplanned industrial maintenance activities across ADNOC Distribution depots, terminals and LPG plants, ensuring efficiency, quality and compliance with HSE and asset integrity standards.

Key responsibilities

• Direct maintenance engineers and supervisors to achieve KPI targets for preventive, corrective, predictive and breakdown maintenance.
• Ensure compliance with QMS, HSECES critical equipment programs and AIPS/HSE assurance processes.
• Forecast and manage spare‑parts and manpower resources to support production plans.
• Oversee work order completion, emergency response and breakdown remediation to minimise downtime.
• Coordinate with planning, technical, inspection and corrosion teams for schedule development, technical changes and risk assessments.
• Manage inventory of maintenance supplies, spare parts and critical items, ensuring timely replenishment.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical, Mechanical or Instrumentation engineering.
• Minimum 10 years of oil‑and‑gas maintenance experience, including 5 years in a managerial role.
• Proven ability to lead large, multi‑disciplinary teams and drive continuous improvement.

Required skills

• Preventive, corrective, predictive and breakdown maintenance methodologies.
• PLC and DCS control systems, SIS and alarm management.
• Corrosion monitoring, cathodic protection and asset integrity assessment.
• Inventory and spare‑parts management.
