Team Leader – Project HSE (Transmission P-PandT-1)

About the role

Lead and manage all project‑related HSE activities for the Transmission P‑PandT‑1 project, ensuring safe execution across the full lifecycle—from assessment and design through construction and commissioning—while complying with ADNOC standards, regulatory requirements and international best practices.

Key responsibilities

• Develop, implement and monitor project‑specific HSE plans aligned with scope, risk profile and execution strategy.
• Conduct HSE performance monitoring, reporting, audits and reviews to support management decision‑making.
• Lead contractor HSE compliance, audits and corrective actions, ensuring robust interface coordination.
• Drive HSE incident investigations, root‑cause analysis and implementation of remedial measures.
• Facilitate HSE studies such as HAZID, HAZOP, risk assessments and MOC reviews.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering.
• Minimum 8 years of project engineering experience in the oil and gas industry.
• Proven leadership ability to influence multidisciplinary teams and contractors.
• Demonstrated experience integrating HSE requirements throughout all project phases.

Required skills

• HAZID and HAZOP studies.
• Risk assessment and Management of Change (MOC).
• Contractor HSE management and audit coordination.
• Incident investigation and root‑cause analysis.
