Team Leader RB-Branch (Outsource)

About the role

The Team Leader RB‑Branch (Outsource) will manage a team of Relationship Banking officers at ADIB Group in Abu Dhabi. The role focuses on achieving targets, ensuring compliance with ADIB policies and Shariah requirements, and enhancing the bank’s visibility in the financial market.

Key responsibilities

• Ensure the team meets or exceeds set targets on time.
• Monitor day‑to‑day activities of IFE’s, guaranteeing compliance with ADIB policy, procedures and Shariah standards.
• Coach and guide the team on business activities, credit applications and monthly goals.
• Oversee leave planning, attendance monitoring and escalation of absenteeism.
• Handle customer complaints directly and ensure proper documentation and handover of files.
• Conduct annual appraisals and recognize high performers.

Required profile

• Proven experience managing a banking team and driving performance.
• Strong knowledge of ADIB policies, Shariah compliance and credit documentation.
• Ability to coach staff, resolve customer issues and enforce disciplinary actions when needed.

Required skills

• Familiarity with core banking and application sourcing systems.
• Proficiency in Outlook, email and HR information systems.
