Team Leader – Technical Integrity (Habshan)

About the role

The Team Leader, Integrity will drive the development, support and implementation of cost‑effective programmes, standards and procedures to assure the technical integrity of the company’s plants and pipeline assets throughout their lifecycle. This role ensures full visibility of integrity performance threats and supports decision‑making to meet operational requirements.

Key responsibilities

• Develop, improve and communicate the Technical Integrity framework, standards and policies, ensuring ALARP and Technical Authority compliance.
• Lead the implementation and monitoring of Technical Integrity improvement programmes, tools and corrective actions.
• Design and maintain a coherent reporting system for asset integrity, including real‑time status dashboards and performance reports.
• Contribute to the corporate Asset Integrity and Process Safety risk register and lead risk‑based assurance plans, audits and gap closures.
• Explore and implement digital technologies such as Machine Learning, AI, Digital Twin, robotics and drones to enhance integrity visibility and performance.
• Develop data‑analytics platforms aligned with the company’s digitalisation strategy.

Required profile

• Proven experience leading technical integrity or asset integrity programmes in an industrial setting.
• Strong understanding of HSECES management, risk assessment and audit processes.
• Ability to manage cross‑functional teams and coordinate with stakeholders for audit and assurance activities.
• Experience driving digital transformation initiatives related to asset integrity.
