Team Leader Womenswear – Dubai Mall

About the role

The Team Leader Womenswear will oversee the Dubai Mall store’s womenswear department, driving sales performance while ensuring an exceptional customer experience. You will coach and develop a team of sales associates, maintain visual standards, and manage inventory and CRM processes.

Key responsibilities

• Lead, coach and evaluate a team of sales associates, setting objectives and providing regular feedback.
• Motivate staff through recognition, sales results, and customer experience metrics.
• Conduct weekly briefings to align sales strategy and communication.
• Maintain brand‑consistent image, grooming standards, and visual merchandising.
• Define and execute sales strategies to meet individual and team targets.
• Build and nurture relationships with clients, develop VIP clientele, and attract new customers.
• Oversee daily store operations, stock management, CRM updates, and staff scheduling.
• Prepare accurate daily sales reports with qualitative feedback.
• Monitor market trends, provide buying recommendations, and manage multiple product categories.

Required profile

• Extensive experience in womenswear fashion retail, with strong knowledge of trends and market dynamics.
• Proven ability to lead and develop high‑performing teams.
