About the role

Join the dynamic world of travel retail as a Team Manager for Louis Vuitton at Dubai Duty Free. You will lead a high‑performing team, drive sales excellence, and ensure every client experiences the iconic Louis Vuitton service.

Key responsibilities

• Recruit, develop, and retain a motivated team in partnership with the Store Manager.
• Set objectives, monitor performance, and provide coaching through regular feedback and development plans.
• Deliver the Louis Vuitton promise to each client, fostering long‑term relationships and clienteling.
• Act as a sales floor role model, supporting selling, cross‑selling, and building a personal client portfolio.
• Communicate corporate strategy, conduct briefings and training, and relay market feedback to regional teams.
• Ensure compliance with brand standards, grooming guidelines, and operational processes, including inventory management and workforce planning.

Required profile

• Proven experience in luxury retail with prior team‑leadership exposure.
• Strong people‑management and coaching capabilities.
• Commercially driven mindset with a strong sense of ownership.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to lead by example in a demanding retail environment.
