Team Manager – Luxury Retail (Dubai Duty Free)

About the role

Join Louis Vuitton’s Dubai Duty Free team as a Team Manager, leading a high‑performing group of sales professionals in a premium travel‑retail environment. You will be responsible for delivering an exceptional client experience while driving sales and operational excellence.

Key responsibilities

• Recruit, develop and retain a motivated team in partnership with the Store Manager.
• Set objectives, monitor performance and provide coaching through regular feedback and development plans.
• Ensure the team consistently delivers the Louis Vuitton promise, building long‑term client relationships through clienteling.
• Act as a sales floor role model, supporting selling, cross‑selling and managing a personal client portfolio.
• Communicate corporate strategy, conduct briefings and training, and relay market feedback to regional teams.
• Uphold brand standards, grooming guidelines, inventory management and compliance procedures.

Required profile

• Proven experience in luxury retail with prior team‑leadership exposure.
• Strong people‑management and coaching capabilities.
• Commercially driven mindset with a high sense of ownership.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to lead by example in a demanding retail setting.
