Team Manager – Luxury Retail (The Grove, Abu Dhabi)

About the role

Loro Piana is seeking a Team Manager for its The Grove store in Abu Dhabi. The role leads the assigned product category team, drives sales performance and ensures an exceptional customer journey aligned with the brand’s standards.

Key responsibilities

• Maximise sales of the department and achieve quantitative and qualitative targets in collaboration with Store Management.
• Maintain and enhance the company image, keeping the team updated on department performance and product re‑order activities.
• Build and sustain excellent relationships with customers, especially VIP/Top clients, and ensure high post‑sale service quality.
• Create a positive working environment, supervise daily team activities, and ensure compliance with internal procedures.
• Mentor, coach and develop team members, set goals, analyse results and conduct yearly evaluations.

Required profile

• Professional leader with experience managing a product category in a luxury retail environment.
• Strong ability to develop and motivate a sales team while maintaining high customer‑service standards.
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets and conducting performance analysis.
• Excellent communication skills to coordinate with Store Management and convey brand values.
