Tech Lead - Server and Storage

About the role

The Tech Lead will administer, support, and optimise the core IT infrastructure, focusing on Microsoft Active Directory, Group Policy, and File Server management. This position is critical for secure identity management, IT governance, and ensuring high availability of file services.

Key responsibilities

• Administer and maintain Domain Controllers, monitor replication and authentication issues.
• Design, implement, and manage Group Policy Objects (GPOs) to enforce security and system restrictions.
• Manage DFS and File Servers, handling user/group access control and permissions.
• Conduct routine AD health checks, security hardening, and compliance initiatives.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, Engineering or related field.
• Minimum 6 years of experience in system administration or infrastructure support.
• Microsoft Certified: Windows Server / Azure Administrator or equivalent.
• Strong troubleshooting, analytical, and incident management abilities.
