About the role

As a Technical Account Manager you will own the end‑to‑end customer success journey for large enterprise clients, bridging the gap between the AI‑driven security platform and customers’ security, IT, and operations teams.

Key responsibilities

  • Guide customers through deployment, onboarding, and operational adoption of the platform.
  • Translate technical capabilities into measurable business outcomes.
  • Maintain momentum post‑go‑live, driving retention, adoption, and expansion.
  • Build credibility with both technical users and executive stakeholders.
  • Act as the trusted point of contact for complex priority or requirement changes.

Required profile

  • Strong relationship‑driven mindset with a focus on customer outcomes.
  • Experience managing enterprise‑level technical accounts or customer success engagements.
  • Ability to communicate technical concepts to both hands‑on users and senior leaders.
