About the role

Provide expert technical guidance, solution recommendations, and hands‑on support to internal teams and clients, ensuring seamless delivery of technology initiatives and resolving complex technical challenges.

Key responsibilities

• Offer technical consultation and advisory support across projects and business functions.
• Analyze requirements and recommend suitable technical solutions or improvements.
• Troubleshoot complex issues and guide teams on best practices and standards.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to translate business needs into technical outcomes.
• Support technology evaluations, proof‑of‑concepts, and solution designs.
• Prepare technical documentation, reports, and recommendations.
• Ensure compliance with organizational policies, security standards, and governance.

Required profile

• Strong technical expertise in infrastructure, applications, cloud, or product‑specific technologies.
• Ability to understand business processes and align them with appropriate technical solutions.
• Proven experience in stakeholder management and cross‑functional coordination.
• Relevant certifications in the technologies used (preferred).
