Technical Business Analyst (Arabic Speaking)

About the role

A Technical Business Analyst is needed in Dubai, working onsite with regular travel to Abu Dhabi. The role bridges business stakeholders, clients and technical teams, gathering and documenting requirements and supporting solution development. The contract is 12 months with potential for extension; visa sponsorship is not available, and candidates must be able to secure their own visa and work authorization.

Key responsibilities

• Gather, analyze and document business and technical requirements.
• Act as a bridge between business stakeholders, clients and technical teams.
• Support the identification and development of solutions based on client requirements.
• Take part in client meetings, workshops and requirements-gathering sessions.
• Assist with pre-sales activities such as RFP responses, bid preparation and proposals.
• Work across multiple projects and industry verticals, coordinating with technical teams and communicating business needs and technical concepts clearly.
• Travel regularly to Abu Dhabi as required.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, Business Information Systems or a related field, or equivalent experience.
• Around 5+ years of experience in business analysis, technical business analysis or a similar role.
• Fluency in Arabic and English is mandatory.
• Experience in requirements gathering, documentation and stakeholder coordination.
• Strong communication and client management skills.
• Willingness to work onsite in Dubai and travel regularly to Abu Dhabi.

• Exposure to pre-sales, RFPs, bids or proposal preparation is an advantage.
