Technical-Commercial Sales Specialist – UAE Market

About the role

Webenia is seeking a hands‑on Technical‑Commercial Sales Specialist to own and grow its business in the UAE. You will generate opportunities, understand client needs, coordinate with the technical team and drive deals from prospect to closure.

Key responsibilities

• Develop new B2B business opportunities across the UAE.
• Generate and manage your own sales pipeline.
• Handle the full sales cycle from lead generation and qualification to proposal, negotiation and closing.
• Meet clients to understand their processes, challenges and requirements.
• Identify opportunities for Odoo/ERP, e‑invoicing, AI, automation and digital solutions.
• Qualify opportunities before involving the technical team.
• Gather clear client requirements and communicate them to pre‑sales/technical teams.
• Work with the technical team to define solutions and prepare quotations.
• Present solutions, manage negotiations and move opportunities toward closing.
• Build strong knowledge of the UAE market, customer needs, industries and competitors.
• Continuously develop the UAE pipeline and identify new business opportunities.

Required profile

• Proven B2B sales or business development experience in the UAE.
• Track record in lead generation and closing.
• Practical understanding of Odoo/ERP and ability to discuss business requirements.
• Good understanding of e‑invoicing and its compliance applications.
• Familiarity with AI, automation and digital solutions.
• Strong consultative selling and discovery skills.
• Ability to properly qualify opportunities.
• Excellent communication with both business stakeholders and technical teams.
• Independent, ownership‑driven work style.
• Deep knowledge of the UAE B2B market.
