Technical Cooperation Manager – Supply Chain Resource Development

About the role

Anton Oilfield Services Group is seeking a Technical Cooperation Manager to lead supplier technical communication and resource development within its Energy Management Services division in Abu Dhabi. The role bridges customers, suppliers, and internal teams to ensure technical compliance and high‑quality delivery.

Key responsibilities

• Manage supplier technical communication, capability assessments, qualification verification, and performance reviews.
• Coordinate technical discussions, solution comparisons, and proposal reviews between customers, suppliers, and internal stakeholders.
• Prepare and review technical agreements, specifications, data sheets, and related documentation.
• Support equipment and material selection, ensuring technical compliance and delivery quality.
• Handle technical issues and disputes during factory and site acceptance, conduct root‑cause analysis, and follow up on corrective actions.
• Maintain supplier documentation, records, and profiles.
• Collaborate with procurement, commercial, and technical teams on quotations, negotiations, and risk identification.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years of experience in supplier management with hands‑on technical agreement negotiation.
• Experience using supplier management systems such as SAP or Ariba.
• Strong written and reading English skills for direct communication with international suppliers.
• Excellent technical communication, coordination, and risk‑identification abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and suppliers simultaneously.
