Technical Delivery Manager

About the role

The Technical Delivery Manager is responsible for end‑to‑end execution and successful handover of large‑scale enterprise IT projects, with a focus on systems integration, networking and security solutions. Leveraging deep technical expertise, the role provides strategic leadership to multidisciplinary engineering teams to ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget and to the highest quality standards.

Key responsibilities

• Lead, mentor and manage a cross‑functional technical team of system administrators, network engineers, application and cybersecurity professionals.
• Define and enforce robust delivery methodologies, governance frameworks and quality‑assurance processes for all customer‑facing engagements.
• Act as the primary executive escalation point for critical project roadblocks, ensuring swift technical and commercial resolution.
• Partner closely with Pre‑Sales and Sales teams to validate scope, timelines and resource requirements during transition from proposal to delivery.
• Oversee capacity planning, resource allocation and utilization tracking to minimize bench costs and optimise productivity.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or a related engineering field.
• Master's degree or MBA (desired) and advanced technical certifications such as CISSP or CCNP (desired).
• 10+ years of IT project delivery experience with at least 5 years in a leadership role managing systems, networks and security teams.
• Proven track record of delivering multi‑million‑dollar enterprise IT projects (desired).
