Technical Delivery Officer

About the role

The Technical Delivery Officer will join Opus2 Mobile Solutions’ LegalTech operations team to ensure the flawless deployment and support of hearing‑room services across the Middle East. Based in Dubai, you will work directly with law firms, court personnel and internal stakeholders to deliver in‑person, hybrid and virtual hearing solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, prepare and logistically deploy audio‑visual equipment for hearing rooms.
• Configure, install and operate AV/network setups during live hearings, acting as the event technician.
• Provide on‑site and remote technical support to clients, court reporters and transcription teams.
• Collaborate with the video services team to shoot and produce internal and marketing content.
• Research, trial and document new video‑streaming and AV technologies to improve service delivery.
• Design and document bespoke solutions for complex hearing environments.

Required profile

• Proactive, client‑focused attitude with the ability to work under pressure.
• Experience in deploying and supporting AV equipment in legal or similar high‑stakes environments.
• Strong communication skills for interacting with law firms, courts and internal teams.
• Willingness to travel within the region for on‑site installations.
