Technical ERP System Analyst

About the role

The Technical ERP System Analyst will configure and support Oracle Fusion Applications, ensuring they meet business requirements and industry best practices. You will work closely with functional consultants and stakeholders to deliver reliable, secure, and high‑performing ERP solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Configure Oracle Fusion Applications (CRM, ERP Finance, SCM, Project, HRM) based on business needs.
• Develop customizations and extensions using Oracle APEX and Visual Builder Cloud Service (VBCS).
• Assist with data migration from legacy systems, guaranteeing data accuracy and integrity.
• Perform unit, integration, and performance testing to validate solutions.
• Prepare technical documentation, including design documents, specifications, and user guides.
• Enforce security best practices and data‑compliance standards throughout implementations.
• Collaborate with functional consultants, clients, and contractors to ensure successful project delivery.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a relevant field.
• Experience with Oracle Fusion Applications and related technologies.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities.
• Excellent communication skills for interaction with internal and external stakeholders.
