About the role

Technical Lead – MERN Stack at Xebia in Abu Dhabi, leading the design and delivery of scalable web applications using the MERN technology stack. The role combines hands‑on development with architectural ownership and team mentorship to ensure high‑quality, performant software.

Key responsibilities

• Lead end‑to‑end design and development of scalable MERN applications.
• Define technical architecture, coding standards and best practices.
• Guide and mentor engineers through design and code reviews.
• Translate business requirements into technical solutions.
• Drive feature delivery with focus on quality, performance and timelines.
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex production issues.
• Collaborate with Product, QA, DevOps and stakeholders for successful delivery.
• Continuously improve engineering processes, automation and system reliability.
