Technical Presales Lead

About the role

Trantor is looking for a Technical Presales Lead to own the end‑to‑end presales process, from discovery through solution design, demonstration and hand‑over to delivery. The role requires deep Azure expertise and the ability to translate customer requirements into vendor‑neutral cloud, data and AI architectures.

Key responsibilities

• Lead business and technical workshops to capture requirements, workflows, data sources and non‑functional constraints.
• Document outcomes, integration points, security, residency and performance expectations.
• Design logical, vendor‑neutral architectures and map them to Azure services and open‑source AI frameworks.
• Present alternative designs with clear trade‑offs, dependencies and decision rationale.
• Build focused prototypes, define success criteria and separate demo evidence from production readiness.
• Produce solution proposals, RFP responses, architecture diagrams, effort estimates and statements of work.
• Coordinate with delivery leads to agree on assumptions, exclusions and acceptance criteria.
• Support SI and MSP partners, address technical objections and ensure alignment with account boundaries.

Required profile

• Minimum 8 years of experience in software, data or AI engineering.
• At least 3 years in architecture or technical leadership with customer‑facing responsibilities.
• Strong Azure expertise and hands‑on experience designing cloud applications.
• Proven ability to lead workshops, produce technical documentation and deliver proof‑of‑concepts.
