Technical Product Manager

About the role

Emirates Group is seeking a Technical Product Manager to lead the SkyCargo product portfolio. You will own the end‑to‑end lifecycle of technical products, bridging business stakeholders and delivery teams to drive innovation and value across the aviation ecosystem.

Key responsibilities

• Collaborate with Technical Product Owners, vendors and IT groups to plan and prioritize Program Increments, balancing business value and capacity.
• Lead a team of Technical Product Owners, delegating tasks and empowering them to deliver scalable, high‑performance technology solutions.
• Ensure technical debt, non‑functional requirements and system enablers are captured and reflected in team backlogs.
• Participate in sprint and PI demos, preparing visual release notes and driving product adoption.
• Maintain data quality in the Product Catalogue and manage vendor relationships for timely upgrades.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Business, Engineering, Computer Science or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years experience as a Technical Product Manager or Product Owner in a technology‑driven environment.
• Extensive experience in airline cargo product management and deep cargo domain expertise.
• SAFe POPM, Agile Product Management or equivalent certification.
• Strong understanding of business processes, technical architecture and system integrations.
• Proven ability to manage competing vertical and horizontal priorities.
