Technical Product Owner – Airport Operations

About the role

Emirates is seeking a Technical Product Owner to lead airport operations technology products, driving innovation and delivering value to customers and users across its global hub.

Key responsibilities

• Own story content, acceptance criteria and end‑story sign‑off across team backlogs, ensuring preparation for Program Increments.
• Capture and prioritize technical debt, non‑functional requirements, BAU, ceremonies and spikes within sprint capacity.
• Prepare contributions to PI demos, maintain feature quality, and identify risks and dependencies for the product portfolio.
• Define metrics to measure success, participate in PI planning and product management meetings.

Required profile

• Degree (12+3 or equivalent) with at least 5 years of IT experience.
• Certified Scrum Product Owner / SAFe / PSPO and minimum 2 years experience as a Product Owner/Manager.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Understanding of airport operations and ground‑handling systems.
