Technical Product Owner - Finance

About the role

Emirates is seeking a Technical Product Owner to lead its Finance product portfolio. You will work within the Technical Product Management team, shaping finance‑focused technology solutions that support both B2B and B2C services across the airline and airport ecosystem.

Key responsibilities

• Own and prioritize the product backlog for multiple finance solutions, including ERP and in‑house applications.
• Define story content, acceptance criteria, and sign‑off for all backlog items, ensuring readiness for each Program Increment (PI).
• Capture and prioritize technical debt, non‑functional requirements, and BAU activities across sprints.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to prepare and present PI demos.
• Engage business stakeholders to refine, validate, and deliver enhancements that add measurable value.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years (60 months) of experience in finance domain product ownership.
• Proven track record implementing and integrating finance solutions such as ERP systems.
• Strong understanding of Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe) and agile product development.
• Ability to translate business needs into technical specifications and deliver them end‑to‑end.
