Technical Product Owner – Infrastructure & Core Tools

About the role

We are looking for a Technical Product Owner to lead a portfolio of infrastructure products and developer tools within the Mintlayer ecosystem. Based in Dubai, you will translate technical requirements into actionable roadmaps and ensure engineering teams focus on the highest‑priority work.

Key responsibilities

• Own and prioritize the product backlog for multiple infrastructure‑focused engineering teams.
• Align stakeholders and ecosystem leads to ensure tool development supports the broader network roadmap.
• Collaborate with Technical Project Managers on sprint planning, optimizing team velocity and removing blockers.
• Scope high‑level technical needs into detailed functional specifications for development teams.
• Define acceptance criteria and validate that delivered features meet technical and security standards.

Required profile

• 4+ years experience as a Product Owner or Technical Project Manager, preferably in blockchain infrastructure, cloud services, or backend‑heavy SaaS.
• Strong understanding of APIs, microservices and distributed systems, able to discuss technical details with Go and JavaScript engineers.
• Expertise in Scrum or Kanban, backlog grooming and prioritisation.
• Proven ability to break down complex technical epics into manageable sprints.
• Willingness to be based in or relocate to Dubai.
