Technical Program Manager (Remote – Dubai)
Sardine · Doubaï
Job description
About the role
As Sardine expands with enterprise clients, the delivery process must combine formal program‑management rigor—governance, clear ownership, and predictable reporting—with the speed of a fast‑growing startup. You will own the integration project plan for complex, multi‑stakeholder enterprise engagements, coordinating milestones, dependencies, and client‑specific feature requests.
Key responsibilities
- Own the integration project plan for enterprise engagements, including milestones, dependencies, and implementation timeline.
- Serve as the client’s trusted point of contact throughout integration, communicating proactively and surfacing risks early.
- Track client‑specific product feature requests from intake through resolution, ensuring tickets are visible to Engineering and Product.
- Establish RACI and roles/responsibilities upfront on every engagement to provide unambiguous accountability.
- Manage regular, structured communication across Engineering, Product, Integrations, and the client, setting expectations proactively.
- Ensure deliverables and artifacts are organized, current, and owned by the appropriate team member.
- Develop fluency in the Sardine product to act as a thought partner on feature requests.
- Report on project health, including deliverable slippage, root causes, dependency risks, and capacity planning across concurrent engagements.
Required profile
- 7+ years of technical program or project management experience, including implementations for large enterprise clients.
- Direct experience with enterprise‑client formal project‑management expectations (structured governance, RACI, milestone reporting).
- Background in fintech, payments, fraud, risk, or compliance, preferably at a B2B SaaS company serving enterprises.
- Ability to act as a thought partner to Engineering and Product, discussing technical dependencies and trade‑offs.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, translating technical status for client project offices and executives.
- Strong organizational skills with the capacity to run multiple high‑stakes client engagements without losing detail.
What we offer
- Generous compensation in cash and equity, with early exercise for all options.
- Remote‑first culture with flexible paid time off and a year‑end break.
- Health, dental, and vision coverage for employees and dependents (US and Canada specific).
- 4% matching in 401k / RRSP (US and Canada specific).
- MacBook Pro delivered to your home.
- One‑time home‑office stipend for desk, chair, screen, etc.
- Monthly meal and social‑meet‑up stipends.
- Annual health, wellness, and learning stipends.
- Opportunity to join a fast‑growing company with world‑class professionals.
