Technical Project Manager

About the role

QuantumGate is looking for a Technical Project Manager to lead planning and execution of complex technical initiatives across multiple product and engineering teams in Abu Dhabi. The role ensures deployment readiness, cross‑team coordination and value realization for large‑scale system implementations and digital transformation programmes.

Key responsibilities

• Drive end‑to‑end delivery of technical projects with focus on system deployment, integration and operational readiness.
• Partner with Product Managers, Engineering Leads and Delivery teams to align priorities, roadmaps and execution plans.
• Establish project governance, execution frameworks and delivery methodologies.
• Manage cross‑product dependencies, risks and release coordination across multiple teams.
• Develop and maintain core artefacts such as Definition of Done, execution plans, deployment schedules, risk & issue registers and status reports.
• Lead delivery using Agile and hybrid methodologies, emphasizing value, flow and quality.
• Prepare integrated project and release schedules in collaboration with engineering leads.
• Manage vendors and contractors, track performance, KPIs and delivery quality.
• Prepare cost‑tracking documentation when required and provide data‑driven reporting to stakeholders.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years of experience in technical project management, system implementation or cross‑functional delivery within a multinational environment.
• Proven track record delivering projects involving IT systems, software platforms and automation.
• Strong background coordinating software development, system upgrades, integrations and deployments.
• Experience managing vendors and contractors, including negotiation and KPI‑based performance improvement.
