Technical Project Manager

About the role

This remote, full‑time position is for a Technical Project Manager who will lead complex, high‑impact technology projects across multiple teams, regions and product areas. You will bridge business strategy with technical execution, ensuring initiatives are delivered on time, within scope and budget while meeting regulatory requirements.

Key responsibilities

• Own the full lifecycle of cross‑functional projects, from initiation to delivery.
• Lead strategic initiatives such as market entries, platform enhancements, product launches, certifications and regulatory programmes.
• Coordinate dependencies, milestones and deliverables across Product, Engineering, Compliance, Legal, Marketing, Commercial and Business Intelligence teams.
• Translate senior‑leadership objectives into structured project plans and actionable roadmaps.
• Assess feasibility, business impact, dependencies and delivery risks to support roadmap prioritisation.
• Mentor junior and mid‑level Project Managers and improve project‑management standards.
• Build trusted relationships with senior stakeholders, external partners, vendors and regulatory contacts.
• Establish and maintain project risk, change control and governance processes.

Required profile

• Minimum 36 months of experience managing technology projects.
• Strong understanding of technical integrations, risk management and regulatory compliance.
• Proven ability to work in fast‑paced, highly regulated environments.
• Excellent communication, decision‑making and stakeholder‑management skills.
