Technical Recruiter – AI Hiring Platform (Remote)

About the role

We are looking for a Technical Recruiter to lead the development of Zara, an AI‑powered recruitment tool that automates sourcing, screening, and candidate engagement. This remote, full‑time position blends HR expertise with deep machine‑learning knowledge to deliver scalable hiring solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Design, implement, and fine‑tune machine‑learning models that improve candidate matching accuracy.
• Build and maintain backend infrastructure for natural‑language processing of resumes and job descriptions.
• Integrate Zara with ATS, HR databases, and external job platforms via RESTful APIs.
• Collaborate with data scientists and product teams to curate training datasets and monitor model performance.
• Ensure compliance with privacy laws and ethical AI standards throughout recruitment workflows.

Required profile

• Strong background in machine learning and natural‑language processing.
• Experience deploying AI systems in production environments.
• Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and containerization (Docker).
• Understanding of ethical AI principles and bias mitigation in hiring.
