Technical Recruiter – AI-Powered Hiring Platform (Remote)

About the role

We are looking for a Technical Recruiter to lead the development of Zara, an AI‑powered recruitment platform that automates sourcing, screening and candidate engagement. The role is fully remote and offers the chance to shape cutting‑edge hiring technology used worldwide.

Key responsibilities

• Design, implement and fine‑tune machine‑learning models to boost candidate‑matching accuracy.
• Build and maintain backend services for natural‑language processing of resumes and job descriptions.
• Integrate Zara with ATS, HR databases and external job boards through robust APIs.
• Collaborate with data scientists and product teams to curate training data and monitor model performance.
• Ensure compliance with privacy laws and ethical AI standards throughout the recruitment workflow.

Required profile

• Strong experience in Python development and machine‑learning frameworks.
• Proven track record of deploying scalable AI systems in production.
• Familiarity with cloud environments (AWS, GCP or Azure) and containerization.
• Understanding of ethical AI, bias mitigation and data privacy in recruitment.
