Technical Recruiter – AI-Powered Hiring Platform (Remote)

About the role

This position focuses on building and refining an AI‑driven recruitment tool called Zara. You will combine deep machine‑learning expertise with HR processes to automate candidate sourcing, screening, and engagement, all while working fully remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Design, implement, and optimise machine‑learning models to boost candidate‑matching accuracy.
• Develop and maintain backend infrastructure for natural‑language processing of resumes and job descriptions.
• Integrate Zara with applicant‑tracking systems, HR databases, and external job platforms via RESTful APIs.
• Collaborate with data scientists and product teams to curate training datasets and evaluate model performance.
• Ensure compliance with privacy regulations and uphold ethical AI standards throughout recruitment workflows.

Required profile

• Proven experience developing machine‑learning solutions for recruitment or related domains.
• Strong understanding of ethical AI principles, bias mitigation, and data‑privacy regulations.
• Ability to work cross‑functionally with product, engineering, and data‑science teams.

Required skills

• Python programming.
• Machine‑learning frameworks such as TensorFlow or PyTorch.
• Natural‑language‑processing libraries like spaCy or Hugging Face.
• Cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and containerisation with Docker.
• SQL and NoSQL database experience.
• RESTful API development and micro‑services architecture.
• Data‑pipeline construction, ETL processes, and model deployment in production.
