Technical Recruiter – AI‑Powered Hiring Platform (Remote)

About the role

We are looking for a Technical Recruiter to lead the development of Zara, an AI‑powered recruitment platform that automates sourcing, screening and candidate engagement. The role is fully remote and combines deep machine‑learning expertise with talent‑acquisition knowledge to deliver scalable hiring solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Design, implement and optimise machine‑learning models that improve candidate matching accuracy.
• Build and maintain backend infrastructure for natural‑language processing of resumes and job descriptions.
• Integrate Zara with ATS, HR databases and external job platforms through RESTful APIs.
• Collaborate with data scientists and product teams to curate training datasets and evaluate model performance.
• Ensure compliance with privacy regulations and ethical AI standards throughout recruitment workflows.

Required profile

• Proven experience building and deploying scalable AI systems in production.
• Strong background in natural‑language processing and bias mitigation for recruitment.
• Familiarity with cloud environments (AWS, GCP or Azure) and containerisation (Docker).
• Ability to work independently in a fully remote setting and coordinate with cross‑functional teams.
