Technical Recruiter – AI‑Powered Hiring Platform (Remote)

About the role

We are looking for a Technical Recruiter to lead the development of Zara, an AI‑driven recruitment platform that automates sourcing, screening and candidate engagement. The role is fully remote and blends deep machine‑learning expertise with talent‑acquisition knowledge to deliver scalable hiring solutions for global organisations.

Key responsibilities

• Design, implement and optimise machine‑learning models to boost candidate‑matching accuracy.
• Develop and maintain backend infrastructure for natural‑language processing of resumes and job descriptions.
• Integrate Zara with applicant‑tracking systems, HR databases and third‑party job platforms via APIs.
• Collaborate with data scientists and product teams to refine training datasets and evaluate model performance.
• Ensure compliance with privacy regulations and ethical AI standards throughout recruitment workflows.

Required profile

• Proven experience building and deploying scalable AI systems in production.
• Strong background in natural‑language processing and bias mitigation for recruitment.
• Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP or Azure) and containerisation (Docker).
• Ability to work independently in a fully remote environment and coordinate with cross‑functional teams.
