Technical Recruiter – AI‑Powered Hiring Platform (Remote)

About the role

This position focuses on developing and refining an AI‑powered recruitment tool called Zara. You will work remotely to automate candidate sourcing, screening, and engagement, helping organizations reduce hiring bias and improve talent acquisition efficiency.

Key responsibilities

• Design, implement, and optimise machine‑learning models to boost Zara’s candidate‑matching accuracy.
• Develop and maintain backend infrastructure for natural‑language processing of resumes and job descriptions.
• Integrate Zara with applicant‑tracking systems, HR databases, and third‑party job platforms via APIs.
• Collaborate with data scientists and product teams to refine training datasets and evaluate model performance.
• Ensure compliance with privacy regulations and ethical‑AI standards throughout recruitment workflows.

Required profile

• Strong background in machine learning and natural‑language processing.
• Experience building and deploying scalable AI systems in production.
• Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and containerisation (Docker).
• Knowledge of ethical AI principles and bias‑mitigation techniques in recruitment.
• Ability to work collaboratively with cross‑functional teams in a fully remote environment.
