Technical Recruiter (Remote)

About the role

The company is building Zara, an AI‑powered recruitment platform that automates sourcing, screening and candidate engagement. As a Technical Recruiter you will combine deep machine‑learning expertise with talent‑acquisition processes to deliver a scalable, bias‑aware hiring solution. The position is fully remote and reports to the product and data‑science leadership.

Key responsibilities

• Design, implement and fine‑tune machine‑learning models that improve candidate matching accuracy.
• Develop and maintain backend services for natural‑language processing of resumes and job descriptions.
• Integrate Zara with applicant‑tracking systems, HR databases and external job boards via RESTful APIs.
• Collaborate with data scientists and product managers to curate training data and evaluate model performance.
• Ensure compliance with privacy laws and ethical AI standards throughout the recruitment workflow.

Required profile

• Strong experience in Python development and machine‑learning frameworks such as TensorFlow or PyTorch.
• Proven background in natural‑language processing using libraries like spaCy or Hugging Face.
• Hands‑on experience deploying scalable AI services in cloud environments (AWS, GCP or Azure).
• Familiarity with containerization (Docker) and micro‑service architecture.
• Knowledge of SQL and NoSQL databases, ETL pipelines and API design.
